Poetry for me provides an outlet to share things seen and unseen. We are often afraid even tormented at times, to find what we believed, and what we see is unreal. Other times, its a mirrored effect: what is real..we refuse to see.
Poetry can give us an insight to thoughts and visions of others. Concerns, states of mind, and even our own imaginations, are explored and versed in poems. Poetry is a very powerful literary tool. It opens our minds, and enables us to take a journey through imagery, process of thought, and forces us to look within.
